A: It depends on what you think significantly is. I think that when the '09 comes out, the '08 will have better (lower) financing options, plus a couple grand (2-3,000) knocked off. The '07 and older models will be even less, but the TL's seem to hold there residual value pretty well as a "luxury car", but they will usually be more money than a comparable non-luxury vehicle.
