Q: Hi, I was wondering if anyone could tell me the maximum rim size I can fit on my 2001 RL, WITHOUT modifying my wheel arc. I just need to take out my old rims, and fix the new rims on there. But whats the largest size I can go with safely? A mechanic I spoke to mentioned 17" is that accurate? can I go higher without modding my car? Thanks guys Will 18" then be perfect without compromising performance?
A: 20 inch. But the best size for performance is 17-18inch.
