Q:
A: Raise the vehicle on a lift and remove the drivers wheel,hub nut,lower ball joint cotter pin and nut,strut bolt and nut and using sufficient leverage,pry the axle out of the transmission,be careful as not to damage the seal removing or replacing the axle.reassemble in reverse order and always use a new cotter pin. Dealer charge is 1.5 hrs labor plus cost of a reman axle which comes with 12 months warranty on parts and labor. good luck
