Q: I got a 95 integra gsr and it never really seemed to be running up to it's standards....so a couple of days ago i let a friend take it for a test drive....the car runs fine, but he told me i might have bent valves...what are the symptoms of this?
A: If your car is running really weird that might be a sign of it, and i mean weird as in its doing strange things during normal driving (popping, excessive noise, sluggishness, etc) the best way is to take off the head and examine it. Any mechanic can do that easily and tell you if you have bent valves or not. (just make sure you look at them too...otherwise they might just say u have them to charge you for it)
